Question 1

What paper and board do you supply?

Accepted Answer

The core range is FBB folding board (190-350 GSM), duplex board (200 / 230 / 280 GSM) and A4 writing and printing paper (65-80 GSM). We also source other grades and sizes against a brief when stock or mill supply allows.

Question 2

How do I get a quotation?

Accepted Answer

Use the quote form on this site, or send the same details by WhatsApp, phone or email. Pricing depends on grade, GSM, size, quantity, delivery location, mill timing and exchange rates, so we quote against a written requirement rather than posting a list price.

Question 3

What details do you need for a quote?

Accepted Answer

Product or grade, GSM, sheet or reel size, quantity, delivery location and when you need it. If you already have a mill name or a sample, include that. The more complete the brief, the faster a usable quote.

Question 4

Where are the office and warehouse?

Accepted Answer

They are at the same place in Satungal, Kathmandu. Visit during working hours, open the map from Contact, or arrange collection once a quote is confirmed.

Question 5

How quickly can you deliver?

Accepted Answer

In-stock paper for the Kathmandu Valley is typically 1-2 days. Nationwide delivery is arranged by order. Lead time for a grade that is not on the floor depends on mill availability and import timing.

Question 6

Do you deliver outside Kathmandu?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We supply printers, converters and publishers across Nepal. Freight and timing are confirmed with the quote so you know the landed cost before you order.

Question 7

Where is the paper imported from?

Accepted Answer

We import directly from mills and manufacturers in India and China, and keep inventory locally so regular grades are not waiting on every shipment.

Question 8

Can you match a sample or a mill grade that is not listed?

Accepted Answer

Send the GSM, size, finish and a sample or mill reference if you have one. We will check warehouse stock first, then mill supply. If we cannot match it, we will say so rather than substitute quietly.

Question 9

What are your hours, and how do I reach you?

Accepted Answer

Sunday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Call +977 9803387002, email bishwonathenterprisespvtltd@gmail.com, or message WhatsApp. For a full specification, use Request a quote.

Question 10

Can I collect after a quote?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once a quote is confirmed, paper can be collected during working hours, or we can arrange delivery. Say which you prefer in the brief.

Question 11

Do you sell by the sheet, the ream or by weight?

Accepted Answer

We quote in the unit the job uses: kilograms, sheets or reams. Put the unit in the brief so stock and price are confirmed the same way.

Question 12

Can I visit and see the paper before I order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The office and warehouse are at the same place. Come Sunday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The address is on Contact. Call ahead if you need a specific GSM or size brought out from stock.
